Stainless Steel Castings
Stainless Steel casted products are widely used in many sectors like aerospace, automotive, food processing, medical and pharma, home appliances, oil and gas, civil and construction and machine tools, due to its extensive corrosive resistance. Nickle, Chromium and Molybdenum are the base alloy elements primarily used in stainless steel castings. Grain structure and mechanical properties of these castings are influenced by these base elements. Stainless steel has a minimum chromium content of 10 %, making it more resistant to corrosive to oxidation.
SRY Castings manufacture and supply numerous stainless steel alloy grades to align your application requirements and performance

Cast Iron Castings
SRYCPL is the largest producer of Cast Iron castings in the vicinity of jeedimetla.
Cast Iron is a class of ferrous alloy, made by pig iron re-melting in a furnace until it liquefies. followed by the molten iron is poured into molds or casts to produce casting iron products of the required dimensions to meet the customer requirements. The main alloying elements added to the furnace are carbon followed by silicon in addition to the other alloying elements added are chromium, molybdenum, copper, titanium, vanadium, etc, based on the required chemical and mechanical properties. White cast iron, maleable cast iron, grey cast iron and ductile cast iron are the various types of cast irons through which the products are casted.
These castings are extensively in machines, pipe fittings, automobile engine blocks and automotive industry parts, such as cylinder heads, cylinder blocks and gearbox cases.
Features :
- Easy to cast and economically feasible
- Rigid strength and solid structure
- Able to withstand at high temperatures
- Long life and durable
- Corrosion and chemical resistive
- Strength to weight ratio is more
Product Weight : | 300 gm - 150 Kg |
Hardness Range : | 160 - 200 BHN |
Part Size(max) : | 800 X 525 X 50 mm |

Spheroidal Graphite Iron Castings
Spheroidal Graphite Iron is also known as ductile iron which contains 3.05 - 3.60% carbon, graphite is one of the primary ingredients added to these castings in order to make it more stronger. When compared to regular cast iron SG cast iron is very strong and tensile strength is upto 450 MPa.
By adopting special alloy addition and proper cooling rates SG Iron castings are produced, so that the carbon can be converted to spherical forms which can be used in those fields where carbon in flake form or temper form can’t be used.
SG irons are generally ferritictype. But low yield strength and high ductility makes it difficult to be used in certain applications. Thus if some carbon is left intentionally in cementite form, property gets enhanced. Such type of SG iron is referred as pearlitic SG iron
Product Weight : | 400 gm - 170 Kg |
Hardness Range : | 180 - 210 BHN |
Part Size(max) : | 800 X 525 X 50 mm |

Alluminium Alloy Castings
Aluminium is a silvery-white metal, which is the most widespread metal on Earth, and is also the third most common chemical element on our planet after oxygen and silicon. Aluminium is one of the lightest metal which is almost 3 times lighter and equivalently stronger with respect to iron alloys. It offers rare combination of extensive properties like flexible and corrosion resistant. Aluminium castings can be casted very easily even if they are very complex in shape to suite the application requirements. SRY Castings private limited can cast aluminium castings of any shape and size.
Features :
- Light weight to size ratio
- Very complex shapes can be casted at precise tolerances
- Easy to cast and economically feasible
- Able to withstand at high temperatures
- Long life and durable
- Corrosion and chemical resistive

Alloy Steel Castings
Alloy Steel castings are manufactured where more shock resistance and strength are required by varying chemical composition. They are generally casted in two categories, low alloy steel castings and high alloy steel castings. Alloy steel casting are made with variety of properties to fit for the application purpose. Observable properties of the alloy steel castings might change in a significant manner depending upon its chemical composition as well as heat treatment. Type of the product casted depends with accordance with the performance requirements for an intended application.
Benefits :
- Tougher and stronger than other steel castings
- Highly durable due to the inclusion of zirconium, nickel, calcium, and cerium
- Improved strength and light weight
- Can be used where high performance is required
- Economically feasible and easy to cast
- Corrosion resistance
- Complex shapes can be casted at precise tolerances
Product Weight : | 410 gm - 300 Kg |
Hardness Range : | 100 - 250 BHN |
Part Size(max) : | 350 X 400 X 250 mm |

Non Ferrous Castings
Non-Ferrous metal castings are made by metals which does not contain iron as base metal. Metals used in manufacturing of non-ferrous castings are copper, brass, bronze etc. As non-ferrous metals have no iron content, giving them a higher resistance to rust and corrosion, and making them ideal for gutters, liquid pipes, roofing and outdoor signs. These metal casted products are primarily used for electronic and electrical applications due to its non-magnetic properties. These materials deliver excellent wear and corrosion resistance and high strength. These castings are preferred to be found in marine applications, bushing, bearing, and gear application environments.
Advantages :
- Excellent corrosion and wear resistance
- Smooth and good surface finish
- High strength and light weight
- Can be casted to precision tolerances
- Non-magnetic characteristics
- Improved mechanical properties
- Economical and machinable
